Perinatal Sessions
Baby Massage
Learn Baby Massage, meet other parents and learn about baby Development in this 6-week course.
Baby Beats
A fun-filled, drop-in session with music and wiggles for parents/carers with babies from new born up to 1 year old.
Baby & Me
Drop-in play session for new and expectant parents/carers and their babies. Suitable from pre-birth to 1 year old.
Parent & Child Sessions
Messy Play
This drop-in session has lots of exciting, messy, sensory and arty play. Suitable for children ages 1-5 years old.
After School Club
An exciting drop-in session for children and their families to come along to after school with arts and crafts, free play and more!
Sensation
Play session for children in Primary - Primary 7 with additional support needs and their families.
Moving' & Grovin'
An exciting, active drop-in session all around movement, music and interactive play. Suitable for children aged 2-5 years old.
Garden Gang
Relaxed drop-in session in the garden for pre-school ages with free play, outdoor games, arts and crafts and sensory play.
Parent/Carer Sessions
Mums Night
Grab a bit of 'me' time! Drop-in session who meet fortnightly. For parents/carers with children aged 0-12 years old.
Healing for the Heart
A 6-week wellbeing programme focusing on meaningful connections, stress management, self care and mental health.
Peer Support
We currently run two peer support groups. These are Triple P Peer Support and Space Peer Support
