After School Family Club on Monday afternoons from around 2.30 pm - 5.00 pm.

Our Family Clubs are popular due to our informal and fun approach and a varied programme of activities. This role involves assisting with the running of the club and ensuring that the children and families attending have an enjoyable time within a safe and welcoming environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is interested in working with primary school aged children or pursuing a career in working with children and families. 

 

Creche on Monday afternoons from 12.30pm - 3pm

Our creches provide a safe and fun environment for babies and toddlers while their parents are in other sessions.  This role involves assisting the children's worker to provide dynamic and stimulating activities for ages 0-5.

This opportunity would be best for people who are interested in working with pre-school children.

 

Outdoor Play Work flexible opportunities, Tuesday to Friday 8.45am - 12.15pm and 12.45pm - 4.15pm

Our outdoor play sessions run in partnership with local nurseries and take place within the Drumchapel wooded areas. This role involves making shelters, playing on hammocks, using ropes, clay and imagination allowing children to explore their environment.

Creche for children with additional support needs on Wednesday mornings from 9.30am - 12.30pm

This monthly creche is for children with additional support needs whose parents are attending our SPACE peer support group. This role involves assisting the children's worker to provide dynamic and stimulating activities.

This opportunity would be best for people who are interested in working with children with additional support needs.

 

Baby & Me on Wednesdays, 1pm - 3pm

Baby & Me is a drop-in session for all parents with children under 1 year.  It offers lots of fun sensory play for the babies and a relaxed environment for the parents.This role involves assisting our perinatal workers with delivering this fun session.

This opportunity would be best for people interested in working with infants or adults.

 

Parent & Toddler sessions, Thursday mornings and afternoons

 

Our popular drop in play & music session provides a fun environment for parent & child play.  This role involves assisting with the running of the session and ensuring that the children and families attending have an enjoyable time within a safe and welcoming environment.

This opportunity would be best for people who are interested in family work or working with ages 1-5 years.

 

Baby Steps on Thursday mornings, 10am - 12.30pm

Baby Steps is our weekly group for parents and babies aged 6 months to 1 year, focusing on play, child development and attachment.  This role involves assisting our perinatal workers with delivering this fun session.

This opportunity would be best for people interested in working with infants or adults.

 

Family Lunch on Thursday, 12noon - 2.30pm

Our popular Family Lunch is aimed at families from pregnancy to 1 year, providing a healthy meal in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.  This role involves assisting our perinatal workers with preparing for and delivering this session.

This opportunity would be best for people interested in working with infants or adults.

 

Dads & Kids play session on Saturdays, 10.30am - 12.30pm

Our weekend play session is designed specifically for dads to attend with their kids. This role will involve assisting our Dads worker to deliver a fun and dynamic session for ages 3 - 8 years.
